ONLINE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Don't love it? We are happy to accept exchanges or issue store credit on purchases made within 14 days!
-All shipping charges to return the product are your responsibility
-All items must have original tags in place.
-We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. You will have 7 days from receiving this decline in your email to pay for shipping for the return of your product. If shipping is not paid within 7 days of your emailed notice, Teak and Ivy reserves the right to keep the non-returnable items and dispose of as necessary.
-Holiday merchandise, jewelry, swim, undergarments and items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
-No price adjustments for items previously purchased.
-Footwear must include the original box in its original condition, without postage labels attached. Shoes returned without the original box or in a damaged shoebox will not be accepted.
-All returns are to be shipped back, with original invoice, to Teak and Ivy, 311 Centre Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32035.
-Package must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date on the receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. To be sure you qualify for a return, email your exchange request to shopteakandivy@gmail.com.
*If free shipping is received on the original order due to a minimum order requirement being met, and a return of or partial return of order results in the order falling below the minimum for free shipping, a shipping charge of $8 will be deducted from the portion being refunded.
CANCELLED HOLDS
If you place an order online, and would like to cancel prior to the item being shipped, there will be a 5% restocking fee.
